About the Role
The Supervisor– Icertis CLM will support Citco's Contract Management System and work closely with business and technology teams to implement and enhance Icertis CLM solutions.
The role requires a combination of functional, technical, and business knowledge. The consultant will work with the Business Functional Support Manager, Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and technical/development teams to understand business requirements, translate them into appropriate Icertis configurations and solutions, and support them through implementation and post-go-live.
The position requires someone who can quickly understand underlying business and contract-management processes and develop strong knowledge of the Icertis platform.
Your Role
Icertis Configuration & Implementation
- Configure contract types, attributes, workflows, and templates in Icertis CLM.
- Support data migration/legacy uploads and end-to-end implementations from requirements through go-live.
- Translate business requirements into effective Icertis functional solutions.
Business & Functional Support
- Collaborate with business, BA, functional,
and technical teams to deliver CMS solutions.
- Support production enhancements, functional issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.
Testing, Training & Deployment
- Support QA, UAT, implementation, and user training for new features and enhancements.
- Provide functional support during and after production deployment.
Service Delivery
- Deliver assigned activities within agreed SLAs and timelines.
- Work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing business priorities.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology/IT or equivalent experience; Icertis certification preferred.
- 4–5 years’ functional consulting experience, including 3+ years in Icertis CLM.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Icertis implementations.
- Experience in configuration, templates, data migration, UAT, enhancements, and production support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible working schedule and willingness to travel up to 25%.
