1. Job Description: GrowthSuccess-SMB

· ReportsTo: Program manager - WEN

RoleOverview:

The SMBPortfolio Lead will focus on identifying high-potential small and medium businesses(SMBs) in their hub and supporting them with corporate partnerships, market access,funding access, and growth strategies .

KeyResponsibilities:

SMBIdentification & Engagement

· Work with industry associations (CII,FICCI, NASSCOM), government agencies, and corporates to source scalable SMBs .

· Facilitate SMBonboarding into growth programs, ensuring alignment with industry needs.

· Build relationships with corporate accelerators andgovernment support programs .

Scaling& Market Access

· Facilitatecorporate partnerships to help SMBs secure pilots,



proof-of-conceptprojects, and B2B deals .

· GuideSMBs on marketexpansion strategies and product-market fit refinement.

· Support SMBs in navigating publicprocurement opportunities .

AlternativeFinancing & Investment Readiness

· Assist SMBs in accessing grants, impact investments,and debt financing .

· ConnectSMBs with alternativefunding sources ,including government-backed financing schemes.

· Organizeinvestor meets, matchmaking with angel networks and micro-VCs .

Tracking& Impact Measurement

· Maintain SMBgrowth data ,tracking revenue, job creation, and funding raised.

· Developsuccess stories and case studies to showcase impact and attract furtherinvestment .

· Provide strategic insights on SMB ecosystem developmentin the hub .

Qualifications& Experience:

· 4–7years experience working with SMBs, industry bodies, or corporate innovation programs .

· Strong understanding of business scaling, marketaccess, and alternative financing .

· Experience with public procurement andcorporate partnerships is a plus.

· Strongstakeholder engagement, business advisory, and project management skills.
