Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple plants/locations.
- Drive material planning and ensure uninterrupted supply to support production and customer commitments.
- Manage supplier performance, capacity planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and finance teams for seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and drive optimization initiatives to balance availability and working capital.
- Handle critical shortages,



escalations, and supply continuity planning.
- Handle Imports consignment customs clearance, Good knowledge on applicable duty, coordination with CFT of forwarder ,CHA and Finance and GST
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost, delivery, quality, and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

General Requirements

- Strong experience in supply chain, material planning, procurement, and supplier management.
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to manage critical suppliers and drive operational excellence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP

Education: B.E./ B. Tech (Electrical & Electronics)

Experience: 7 to 10 Years
