HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to support both Factory and Corporate HR operations. The role will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, HR operations, engagement initiatives, and policy implementation. The position requires strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, HR processes, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities (Short Version)

1. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
2. Maintain employee records, HRMS/SAP SuccessFactors data, and HR documentation.
3. Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, welfare initiatives, and employee relations activities.
4. Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development.
5. Coordinate payroll inputs, compensation reviews,



bonus administration, and employee queries.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and contractor compliance requirements.
7. Support factory HR operations including attendance, shift management, contract labor administration, and disciplinary processes.
8. Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, workforce analytics, and management reports.
9. Implement HR policies, procedures, and governance practices across factory and corporate functions.
10. Collaborate with business leaders to support organizational and people-related objectives.

Basic Qualifications

1. MBA/MSW in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
2. 3 to 8 years of experience in Factory and Corporate HR Generalist functions.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and HR operations, Analytics
4. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRMS platforms preferred.
5. Location: Mahindra World City, Chennai.
