Your Role

- Administer and manage Datadog platform including agent deployment, integrations, configurations, and governance.
- Implement and optimize Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions using Datadog APM and Broadcom DX APM.
- Configure application tracing, service maps, synthetic monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), dashboards, alerts, and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Integrate multiple monitoring tools and enable correlation of metrics, logs, and traces for unified observability.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot performance issues using observability data.
- Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, and platform teams for onboarding and monitoring requirements.
- Improve monitoring coverage, optimize alerting strategies, and reduce alert noise.
- Manage platform upgrades, performance tuning, and monitoring best practices.

Your Profile

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Datadog Platform Administration.




- Strong expertise in Datadog APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Management, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, and Observability.
- Good knowledge of Broadcom DX APM.
- Experience with distributed tracing and microservices monitoring.
- Strong understanding of observability concepts including metrics, logs, and traces.
- Experience in dashboard creation, alert tuning, and monitoring governance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
