In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Solution Design & Development

- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions leveraging advanced expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.

- Extend SharePoint capabilities through integrations, custom forms, workflows, web parts, and custom application technologies to continually improve customer productivity

- Create and maintain technical architecture aligned with organizational standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.

- Utilize Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions to enhance and extend business solutions.

Project Delivery

- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including:

- Requirements refinement in close collaboration with the Product Owner (PO)

- Analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment

- Work closely with the team of developers to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and enhance application functionality.

- Provide guidance and support for resolving complex technical problems and adapting quickly to new technologies.

- Analyze and mitigate issues identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live phases.

- Review objectives against actual outcomes and implement necessary fixes or enhancements based on UAT results.

- Develop and seek approval for UAT plans (including data backup/migration, communication, and cut-offs) in close collaboration with the PO.

Agile Delivery & Team Collaboration

- Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, such as but not limited to: PI Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, System Demos.

- Estimate work effort and complexity accurately

- Collaborate with the PO to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Contribute and commit to Team PI Objectives and Iteration Goals while delivering measurable business value.

- Perform peer-to-peer testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Conduct research, design, prototyping, and other exploratory activities.

- Align with technology-centric teams to share objectives and maintain cadence.

- Deliver work in small batches with rapid feedback from customers and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

- Research emerging technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends to improve skills and identify opportunities for innovation

- Partner with the PO to escalate project issues or limitations and to propose actionable improvements and/or workarounds that can be implemented either on the spot or be planned for the next PIs.

- Collaborates with counterparts and POCs to identify process gaps and inefficiencies.

- Support quality improvement initiatives (e.g., Think Customer, QMS) and contribute to management objectives.

- Enhance business process efficiency through digital tools in a large-scale environment:

- 3,000 SP sites and 8,000 daily users across 27 countries





- Approximately 2.8 million page views per month

- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Support & Maintenance

- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for enterprise solutions when required.

- Investigate complex issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.

- Collaborate with support teams to ensure solution stability, reliability, and performance.

- Deliver direct support to customers for urgent production issues, in exceptional cases.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, business applications development, or intelligent automation solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications are required.

- Strong practical experience with SharePoint Online is essential.

- Advanced skills in designing complex workflows with error handling, monitoring, and optimization.

- Deep understanding of Power Platform architecture, including Dataverse, security models, solution lifecycle management, and integration with external systems.

- Deep understanding of licensing and operational costs, with the ability to select the best technical solution balancing cost efficiency and performance requirements.

- Ability to effectively write and revise technical documentation.

- English proficiency (written/read/spoken).

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong attention to details

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Collaborative mindset for remote team participation with members scattered across multiple countries

- Capacity to handle varied assignments and escalations

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management for extending Power Platform solutions.

- Experience or a solid understanding of Business Analysis and SAFe Agile Framework would be beneficial.

- Power Platform and Azure Certifications

- SAFe Certification

- Good to have experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Asp.net, C#, jQuery

- Knowledge of Angular,



React & other JS technologies are added advantages
