About the Role

This role is integral to providing robust financial analysis, forecasting, and commercial insights to drive strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reviews, offering meaningful commentary, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize revenues, costs, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, analyze, and communicate the monthly executive Business Unit pack review.
- Provide meaningful financial insights and commentary to accurately portray the financial outlook.
- Conduct financial analysis, integrating business perspective to effectively communicate financial trends and variances to expected results.
- Develop and provide metrics, ad hoc reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Recommend strategic changes to augment revenues, optimize costs, and drive profitability.




- Build and maintain effective relationships within the finance team and with business teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gain knowledge and insights into finance-related activities.
- Maintain open communication with business partners to proactively address activities with a financial impact.
- Execute the monthly revenue forecasting exercise.
- Facilitate and manage the annual budgeting cycle.
- Review deals to ensure all cost components are accurately factored into pricing, and that pricing is competitive and aligned with market prevalence.
- Review commercial documents, such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SoWs), ensuring key commercial terms adhere to company guidelines and flagging exceptions for appropriate approvals.
