Profile: Professor-Management

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry (UGC/AICTE norms), of which at least 3 years should be at Associate Professor level or equivalent, including Ph.D. guidance
- Exposure to handling executive programs / MDPs and consultancy (senior persons preferred)
- Research background (1 or 2 persons with a research background are needed in the department)
- Desirable: minimum 5 projects/consultancy assignments
- Desirable: minimum 10 publications (peer-reviewed/Scopus) in addition to Ph.D. publications
- Desirable: 5 international and 15 national presentations/participations

Roles:

- Teach and mentor MBA/management students
- Design and run executive programs and Management Development Programs (MDPs)
- Take up consultancy assignments for industry
- Lead research, publications and funded projects, and guide Ph.D. scholars
- Take part in curriculum design and academic planning
- Build links between the department and industry

Qualification:

- Qualification and experience as per UGC and AICTE norms
- Ph.D. in Management or a related field, with an MBA/PGDM
