Job Description

The PHE BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining Building Information Models for Public Health Engineering (PHE) systems, including water supply, drainage, stormwater, sewage, and rainwater harvesting systems. The role involves close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality BIM models and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for PHE systems using Revit MEP.
- Prepare layouts, schematics, sections,



and detailed drawings for:
- Generate construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Protection disciplines using Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, and client requirements.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
- Support project teams in delivering coordinated and clash-free designs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Certification in Revit MEP/BIM preferred.
- Good understanding of PHE design fundamentals and applicable codes.
- Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, metro, residential, industrial, or data centre projects preferred.

Additional Information

Preferred Experience

- Experience on large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
- Exposure to international projects (Middle East, UK, US, APAC) is an advantage.
- Ability to extract BOQs, schedules, and shop drawings from BIM models.
