Attend customers and understand vehicle accident repair requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspection and identify dents, scratches, and damages.
- Prepare accurate job cards, repair estimates, and damage photographs.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals and documentation.
- Explain repair procedures, costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with denting, painting, and spare parts teams.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Conduct final quality inspection before handing over the vehicle.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve body shop revenue, productivity, CSI, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
