About the Role

Ompee International School, Sector 81 (Junior Wing), is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Freelance Admission Counselors to support our admission process for the academic session 2027–2028.

This is a performance-based opportunity for individuals who have good communication skills, networking abilities and an interest in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate admission inquiries through personal networks, references and other relevant channels.
- Connect with prospective parents and provide information about the school, programmes and facilities.
- Counsel parents and address their admission-related queries.
- Follow up with interested parents and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Coordinate with the school’s admission team for visits, documentation and admission formalities.
- Maintain records of inquiries and admission conversions.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Previous experience in school admissions, education counselling, sales or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and parent-engagement abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to independently generate and convert admission leads.

Compensation Structure

- ₹5,000-10,000 per successful admission.
- No fixed monthly salary.
- Earnings will be directly linked to the number of successful admissions.
- Payment will be made as per the school's agreed admission and payment terms.
