Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach prospective customers interested in purchasing residential plots.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
- Explain project details, plot specifications, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
- Attend developer meetings, project briefings, and channel partner orientation sessions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to convert leads into successful sales.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate Sales, B2C Sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Loan Sales will be preferred.




- Candidates with experience in residential property or plot sales will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales.
- Must possess a two-wheeler for local travel and client coordination.
- Willingness to work on weekends, as required for client meetings and site visits.
