Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and well-spoken English Telecaller to join our recruitment consultancy. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be capable of handling calls with job seekers, candidates, and clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates and potential clients.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to recruitment-related inquiries.
- Explain job opportunities, vacancies, and recruitment services.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selections, and joining.
- Maintain accurate calling records and update candidate databases.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth hiring operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fluent English communication is mandatory.




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls professionally.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, recruitment, or customer service will be an advantage.
