Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, guide, and manage salon staff and their performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Drive sales, achieve monthly revenue targets, and promote salon services and packages.
- Manage appointments, billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Monitor inventory, product usage, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality standards.
- Ensure staff discipline, attendance, and proper duty allocation.

Required Skills

- Experience in salon or beauty industry management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
