About the Opportunity

A leading IT consulting and outsourcing company with $1B+ in revenue and a workforce of 14,600–20,000 employees is hiring a Delivery and Operations Leader for its EdTech domain.
The role drives end-to-end execution, P&L; performance, and operational scalability across digital learning platforms and institutional client programs. It bridges technology, content creation, and customer success to ensure high-quality, profitable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and scale enterprise-wide delivery frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards for learning accounts.
- Own revenue targets, gross margins, utilization, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
- Align product engineering, software development, instructional design, content production, and QA teams.
- Act as executive sponsor for global university partners, B2B clients, and key accounts to handle escalations and drive retention. • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and AI-enabled workflows to automate content scaling and operational efficiency. Must-Have Qualifications
- 15+ years of total experience, preferably 6+ years in senior leadership within EdTech, digital publishing, or IT/BPM services, managing large delivery teams, multiple enterprise accounts, and cross-functional operations.
- Preferably 5+ years in EdTech, eLearning, digital publishing, educational content delivery, or education-focused IT/BPO/KPO services.
- Strong adjacent B2B education-services candidates may be considered.
- Solid understanding of digital learning ecosystems and academic content workflows.




- Experience taking ownership after project award, managing end-to-end delivery, client expectations, SLAs, KPIs, quality, and operational governance across multiple projects or accounts.
- Direct accountability for revenue, EBITDA, gross margins, profitability, budgets, utilization, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
- Experience managing global educational publishers, universities, institutional clients, or enterprise learning accounts, including escalations, executive stakeholder management, and client retention.
- Experience driving automation, AI-enabled workflows, Agile/Lean Six Sigma, and operational transformation.

Good to Have

- Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, RPA, process automation, or other initiatives that improve delivery efficiency and margins.
- Experience managing offshore/global delivery teams across engineering, content production, instructional design, QA, technology, and customer success.

Pay: From ₹5,000,000.00 per year
