We are hiring Telecounsellors for a reputed fashion design institute in Kolkata.

We are looking for confident, articulate and result-oriented candidates who can engage with prospective students, provide course-related information and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.
- Provide information about fashion design courses, programmes and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.




- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Experience in telecounselling, educational admissions, telecalling or lead conversion preferred.
- Strong convincing, interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Target-driven with a skilled and pleasant telephone manner.
