About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller + CRM Executive to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective students, follow up with existing leads, generate counselling appointments and convert enquiries into admissions for IELTS, PTE and overseas education services.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with students who enquire about IELTS, PTE and study-abroad programmes.
- Explain course details, fees, batches and admission processes.
- Schedule counselling appointments and free demo classes.
- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily lead records and update CRM/Google Sheets.
- Reconnect with old and inactive leads.
- Coordinate with counsellors and IELTS trainers.
- Follow up with students until enrolment and fee payment.
- Share daily calling and conversion reports.

Daily Performance Targets

- 50–70 outbound calls.
- 10 meaningful student conversations.




- 3–5 qualified appointments or demo bookings.
- Follow up with all assigned pending leads.
- Update 100% of contacted leads in CRM.

Targets will be reviewed based on lead quality and actual performance.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident telephone conversation.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and disciplined.
- Experience in telecalling, education counselling or sales is an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month.
- Additional incentives based on successful student enrolments.
- Performance review after 3 months.
- Growth opportunities based on results.

Working Conditions

- Full time, office-based position.
- Working hours: As per company schedule.
- Weekly off: Sunday.
