We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical-minded candidates to join our growing team as Tableau Developer Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring data professionals to gain hands-on experience in data visualization, dashboard development, reporting, and Business Intelligence while working with experienced analytics professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Connect Tableau to various data sources, including Excel, SQL databases, and other structured data sources.
- Work with Tableau Desktop to create visualizations, worksheets, dashboards, and stories.
- Learn and apply calculated fields, filters, parameters, sets, and basic table calculations.
- Understand data preparation, data cleaning, and data transformation concepts.
- Write basic SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Assist in validating data accuracy and maintaining report consistency.
- Support dashboard development, enhancement, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
- Document reporting processes and assist with regular dashboard updates.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of Tableau Desktop and its interface.
- Understanding of data visualization and dashboard development concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, including SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, and JOIN operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data handling.
- Understanding of calculated fields, filters, parameters, and charts in Tableau.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and data modeling concepts.
- Solid analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Completion of Tableau or Data Analytics training or certification.
- Hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards through academic or personal projects.
- Exposure to SQL databases and basic data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and reporting techniques.
- Interest in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Candidates from BCA, B.Sc., B.Com (Computer Applications/Statistics), and BBA (Business Analytics) backgrounds with relevant Tableau knowledge are also eligible.
- Fresh graduates with Tableau training, certification, or practical project experience are encouraged to apply.
