About the Role

We are looking for empathetic, helpful, and confident Wellness Advisors to interact with users from the US and provide personalized guidance and support through text chats, voice notes, and calls.
The role involves understanding users' concerns, having meaningful conversations, and helping them gain clarity and perspective on relationships, personal growth, career, and different aspects of life.
Key Responsibilities

- Interact with US-based users through text, voice notes, and calls.
- Understand users' concerns and provide thoughtful,



personalized guidance
- Help users gain clarity and perspective on personal and skilled matters.
- Maintain a warm, empathetic, patient, and genuinely people-oriented communication style.

Requirements

- Background in Psychology, Counselling, Life Coaching, Wellness, or related fields.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and genuinely helpful in nature.
- Comfortable working in a Morning/Evening/NightShift
- Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds are welcome to apply

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
