Job description:

Dainik Patrika is hiring a Client Relationship Executive to keep our advertisers satisfied and engaged.

Responsibilities:

- Stay in regular contact with existing advertisers

- Coordinate ad booking, design and printing

- Resolve client complaints quickly

- Follow up on payments

- Maintain client records and feedback

Requirements:

- Graduate

- Patient and polite behaviour

- Knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and email
