We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-driven In-House Interior Designer based in North Goa to lead the end-to-end design and styling of our premium private villas and luxury Homes.

In this role, you will work directly with our leadership, project architects, and site execution teams. You will be responsible for translating architectural layouts into curated, climate-appropriate luxury living spaces, driving everything from conceptual mood boards and technical joinery drawings to vendor sourcing, material selection, and final in office styling.

Key Responsibilities

- Concept & Spatial Planning: Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, thematic mood boards, space layouts, and color palettes tailored to luxury coastal and tropical modern villas.
- Technical Drawings & Documentation: Produce detailed GFC (Good For Construction) drawing sets, including electrical layouts, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), plumbing fixtures, custom joinery, modular kitchens, and built-in wardrobes.
- Material Selection & Sourcing: Curate and specify high-end finishes, stone, timber, tiles, wall textures, hardware,fabrics, and decorative lighting. Ensure chosen materials withstand Goa’s coastal humidity and monsoon conditions.
- Vendor & Artisan Coordination: Work closely with local and national furniture makers, lighting studios,fabricators, and artisans to commission bespoke furniture, art, and soft furnishings.
- On-Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits across villa projects in North Goa to inspect work quality, resolve execution discrepancies,



verify alignment with design intent, and ensure timeline adherence.
- Turnkey Styling & Handover: Manage final decor procurement, soft furnishings placement, art installation, and styling prior to client/homeowner handover.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in interior design, with substantial exposure to luxury villas, high-end residential homes, or boutique hospitality projects.
- Location Prerequisite: Must currently reside in North Goa (or have immediate, confirmed relocation plans) to ensure regular daily site presence and office collaboration.
- Software Proficiency:
- Advanced command of AutoCAD (2D technical drawings and detailing).
- Strong working knowledge of 3D visualization tools (SketchUp + V-Ray/Enscape, or 3ds Max).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for client presentations and concept decks.
- Domain Knowledge: Practical understanding of villa HVAC, MEP coordination, tropical materials (teak, cane,microtopping, local laterite, terrazzo, weather-resistant textiles), and Goan vernacular/contemporary aesthetics.
- Logistics: Must hold a valid driving license and own personal conveyance for site visits across North Goa.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
