We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Counselor to join our team. The Visa Counselor will assist clients with the visa application process, provide accurate information regarding requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on visa application procedures, required documentation, and eligibility.
- Guide clients through the process for student, work, tourist, or immigration visas (depending on the services provided).
- Review and verify documents to ensure completeness and compliance with regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with changing immigration and visa policies.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and application statuses.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and third-party service providers.
- Provide post-visa services including pre-departure briefing, if applicable.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in International Relations, Business, or related field).
- Previous experience as a visa counselor or in immigration services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and client management software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
- Knowledge of visa procedures for countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc., is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
