About the Role

Orris & Amber, a cosmetics and fragrance company, is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with excellent communication skills to handle incoming enquiries through IndiaMART and convert them into potential business leads.

We are looking for someone who understands customer handling, lead generation, and follow-ups, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior experience working with IndiaMART.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls and business enquiries received through IndiaMART.

* Understand customer requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.

* Convert incoming enquiries into qualified leads for the company.

* Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement and generate business opportunities.

* Share relevant product information and coordinate with the sales team.

* Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and leads.

* Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Prior experience in telecalling is mandatory.

* Experience working with IndiaMART will be given high preference.





* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Fluency in Hindi; working knowledge of English is preferred.

* Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain enquiry records.

* A proactive, confident, and customer-oriented approach.

Joining Requirements
