Job : Assistant Manager- MIS & Office Administration.

Reporting to: Managing Partner.

Job Description:

We are looking for Dynamic and compassionate professionals having 4-5 years’ experience to handle MIS, day to day operational activities and general office administration.

Education - Graduate with valuable knowledge of Computers, online applications, MS Office-Excel, word, PPT etc. IT professional preferable.

CTC - Up to 30,000 to 50,000 per month

Job Description:

· Prepared daily / weekly reports for different departments as per their standard formats.

· Support the development of MIS reporting systems and projects,



working in collaboration with the project Manager and external vendors.

· Help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required. Oversee and maintain all receivables tracker.

· Data Analysis: It involves analyzing the data to identify patterns, trends, and insights. It involves using statistical methods, data visualization techniques, and other tools to make sense of the data, and creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations that summarize the findings

· Ensure adherence to the company and client polices and the integrity of auditable evidence to satisfy internal and external audit.

· Ensuring procedures prescribed by the Data Protection Act, and other relevant Acts, are observed.

· Provide tendering support for upcoming projects.

· Support general administration work.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
