About the Role

Li & Li Couture, a premium kidswear fashion brand, is looking for a *sales-driven Online Sales Executive* to handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram, provide personalised product consultation, follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

*This is a sales and conversion-focused role, not just a customer support position.*

Key Responsibilities

- Handle WhatsApp and Instagram customer enquiries professionally and promptly.

- Understand customer needs, preferences, budgets and purchase requirements.

- Recommend suitable products and customisation options.

- Proactively follow up, handle objections and convert enquiries into sales.

- Track enquiries, lead status and follow-ups using CRM or tracking systems.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and enquiry conversion goals.

- Coordinate with design and production teams for product clarifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- *Education:* Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Business, Marketing, Commerce, Retail Management or Fashion-related qualifications preferred.

- *Experience:* Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably online sales, inbound sales, retail sales or consultative selling.

- *English:* Excellent written communication skills (mandatory).

- *Malayalam:* Good communication skills preferred.

- *Additional Languages:* Hindi, Tamil or Telugu will be an advantage.





- Strong persuasive selling, negotiation, follow-up and sales closing skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of independently handling customer enquiries.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and digital lead-tracking systems.

Added Advantages

- Sales experience in fashion, boutiques, jewellery, beauty or premium retail.

- Knowledge of fabrics, garment styling, measurements or customisation.

- Fashion Design or Apparel Technology qualification.

Salary & Benefits

- *Fixed Salary:* ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month.

- *Sales Incentives:* Additional earnings based on monthly sales target achievement.

- *Product Training:* Basic fashion, garment and product knowledge training provided.

A proactive, persuasive and results-oriented salesperson who takes ownership of customer enquiries, follows up consistently and focuses on converting enquiries into sales while delivering a premium customer experience.

*Note:* Applicants must have active sales experience. Customer support or fashion designing experience alone, without sales skills, may not be suitable.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
