Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development professionals to generate current business opportunities, identify potential clients, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.

· Generate leads and approach potential clients for business development.

· Schedule client meetings and present company services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.

· Follow up with clients to convert leads into business closures.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

· Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records,



and track business opportunities.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills

· 1–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Good presentation and convincing abilities.

· Experience in lead generation and client handling.

· Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.

· Ability to achieve targets and work independently.

· Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Candidates with strong communication and client-handling skills.

· Candidates with experience in B2B sales / Corporate Sales / IT Sales / Recruitment Sales will be preferred.

· Candidates willing to attend client meetings whenever required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
