The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage the overall team and daily operations.

- Monitor and track all ongoing tasks and projects.

- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned tasks.

- Follow up with team members regularly to check work progress.

- Coordinate with clients and handle client requirements.

- Schedule and attend client meetings.

- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team.

- Identify delays or issues and take necessary action.





- Maintain daily work updates and task reports.

- Ensure team productivity and accountability.

### Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in team management or operations.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.

- Good time management and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and task management tools.
