Job Title: Store Executive

Industry: Surgical & Medical Equipment Manufacturing

Department / Functional Area: Store & Inventory Management

Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Material Management, Supply Chain, or Commerce)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Medical Devices / Manufacturing plant experience preferred)

CTC: ₹2.00 LPA to ₹4.00 LPA (Negotiable based on experience & competence)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Haripar, Rajkot, Gujarat

Languages Known: Gujarati, Hindi, English

Key Responsibilities:

· Inventory & Inward/Outward Operations: Oversee day-to-day store activities including material receipt (inward), physical inspection, proper binning, and systematic storage allocation.

· Stock Audits & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical inventory verification, cycle counts, and plant finished goods (FG) reconciliation to minimize variances.

· Dispatch & Transport MIS: Prepare monthly dispatch MIS reports; evaluate logistics/transporter service levels, on-time delivery rates,



and order fulfilment turnaround.

· Order Picking & Packaging: Supervise order picking, verified packing, and labelling standards to ensure zero dispatch errors.

· Manpower Supervision: Lead, train, and manage store workers and loaders to ensure shop-floor safety, discipline, and 5S cleanliness.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate proactively with Production, Purchase, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams for smooth material flow and minimal downtime.
