Redbricks Education Foundation is a child-centric, mission-oriented organization with a solid focus on changing the world one brick at a time through high quality yet affordable education.

It was established in 2009 by two highly passionate founders Mrs. Renita Handa (Masters in Education degree from Harvard University) and Mr. Aditya Handa (A Babson MBA alum and an entrepreneur working in the area of clean energy). The foundation runs a PreK-Class 12, CISCE affiliated school focused on providing research-based, experiential, child-centered and holistic education to children. Teacher & Parent training and education is at the heart of the school’s work.

Roles and Responsibilities:





- Creating innovative curriculum plans and resource materials related to specific academic and co-curricular subjects
- Involvement in teacher training and coaching for effectively implementing the curriculum and for adopting progressive and effective pedagogical techniques
- Helping teachers to understand and adopt positive behaviour guidance techniques and socio-emotional learning (SEL) in their approaches
- Analyzing assessment & student performance data to identify gaps and areas of pedagogical improvement
- Involvement in designing and conducting parent education workshops, and creating parent communication materials
- Involvement in the ideation and implementation of innovative projects and activities linked to pedagogical excellence / holistic development
- Teaching a few classes related to EVS / Maths / English (depending on the candidate’s background)

Minimum skills and qualifications:

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in any field
- B.Ed / MA Education is preferred

Required Skills: Subject Content knowledge and skills, Pedagogical knowledge of progressive methods, Curriculum design skills, Effective Communication Skills, Technological skills, Training and coaching skills
