We are strengthening our website, digital application journeys, and internal platforms to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

About the Role

RupeeQ is looking for a hands-on Frontend Developer who can build fast, responsive, and reliable web applications.

You will work on our customer-facing website, loan application journeys, landing pages, and internal LMS/CRM platforms. The role requires strong development skills, attention to user experience, and ownership from requirement discussion through deployment and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities1. Develop Customer-Facing Web Experiences

● Build and maintain responsive websites, product pages, landing pages, and web applications.

● Develop customer journeys covering registration, eligibility checks, application forms, offer comparisons, document uploads, and application tracking.

● Ensure interfaces work consistently across mobile, tablet, desktop, and commonly used browsers.

● Build clear loading, success, error, empty, and retry states.

2. Build Internal Platforms

● Develop interfaces for RupeeQ’s LMS, CRM, and operational dashboards.

● Build lead lists, customer profiles, follow-up screens, application views, and reporting interfaces.

● Implement usable tables, search, filters, sorting, pagination, and role-based views.

● Work with sales and operations teams to simplify frequent tasks and improve usability.

3. Integrate APIs & Manage Application Data

● Integrate REST APIs for customer information, eligibility, lender offers, application status, and other services.

● Work with backend developers to define data requirements and resolve integration issues.

● Handle authentication, session expiry, validation errors, timeouts, and failed requests.





● Manage frontend state and keep displayed information consistent with backend responses.

● Implement lender redirects and return journeys where required.

4. Translate Designs into Working Interfaces

● Convert Figma designs into accurate, reusable frontend components.

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers on responsive behaviour, interactions, and technical feasibility.

● Maintain consistent typography, spacing, navigation, and component behaviour.

● Build and improve a shared component library.

5. Maintain Performance, Security & Quality

● Improve page speed, rendering performance, and application responsiveness.

● Apply appropriate code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and asset optimisation.

● Follow secure coding practices and handle customer information carefully.

● Keep secrets and privileged operations out of frontend code.

● Write meaningful tests for important functionality and participate in code reviews.

● Debug production issues and verify fixes across affected journeys.

● Implement technical SEO and accessibility requirements where relevant.

6. Take Ownership of Delivery

● Break requirements into practical development tasks and communicate timelines.

● Identify dependencies and raise blockers early.

● Use Git and follow structured development, review, and release processes.

● Coordinate with backend, design, QA, business, and operations teams.

● Maintain readable code and essential technical documentation.

● Support releases and follow through on implementation issues.

Required Skills & Experience

● 3–5 years of hands-on frontend development experience.





● Robust proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

● Strong practical experience with React.js and working knowledge of Next.js.

● Experience with React Hooks, component architecture, routing, and state management.

● Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations.

● Ability to build responsive interfaces from Figma designs.

● Practical understanding of forms, validation, authentication, and session handling.

● Familiarity with frontend testing tools, browser developer tools, and debugging.

● Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

● Experience with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development.

● Ability to understand business requirements and independently deliver assigned features.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in fintech, lending, banking, insurance, or other customer-facing digital products.

● Experience building LMS, CRM, dashboards, or other business applications.

● Familiarity with multi-step applications, document uploads, KYC interfaces, and financial offer comparisons.

● Experience with server-side rendering, static generation, and SEO in Next.js.

● Familiarity with product analytics and event tracking across conversion journeys.

● Basic understanding of deployment pipelines and cloud hosting environments.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
