We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills to generate business opportunities through international freelancing platforms and digital lead-generation channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate quality IT business leads through Upwork, freelancing platforms, and LinkedIn.
- Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Create and manage proposals, bids, and client outreach messages on Upwork.
- Handle LinkedIn lead generation and connect with potential clients.
- Communicate professionally with international clients and understand their project requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client databases and lead records.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- B.Tech graduates from any relevant stream are welcome.
- Positive understanding of online research, lead generation, and client communication.
- Knowledge of Upwork, freelancing, LinkedIn, or IT sales will be an added advantage.
- Proactive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
