About the Role

Jaynix Engineering is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to support the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, CNC/VMC machines, control panels, and production equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance and be capable of diagnosing and resolving electrical faults with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines and shop floor equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical panel wiring faults and restore equipment to normal operation.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and electrical schematics.
- Diagnose faults in motors, drives, control panels, relays, contactors, MCBs, MCCBs, sensors, and electrical circuits.
- Use electrical testing instruments such as Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Megger, and Continuity Tester for fault diagnosis.
- Carry out panel wiring, cable termination, and electrical component replacement.
- Maintain electrical equipment and ensure machine availability with minimum downtime.
- Coordinate with Production and Mechanical Maintenance teams during machine breakdowns.
- Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance records.




- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, SOPs, and 5S practices.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

- ITI Electrician or Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering (Electrical qualification preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in a machining or manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting panel wiring faults.
- Good knowledge of Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Megger, electrical testing equipment, motors, and panel wiring components.
- Familiarity with electrical control panels, motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and industrial electrical systems.
- Basic understanding of CNC/VMC machine electrical systems will be an added advantage.
- Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Must be currently based in Baroda/Vadodara or willing to relocate to Baroda.
- Only personal interviews will be conducted.
- Candidates must attend a practical electrical troubleshooting and panel wiring test as part of the selection process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
