Job Description – Panel Assembly & PCB Assembly

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled candidates to join our Manufacturing Team for Panel Assembly and PCB Assembly & Testing. The selected candidates will be responsible for assembly, wiring, testing, troubleshooting and ensuring the quality of electrical/electronic assemblies as per defined specifications and work instructions.

Position 1: Panel Assembly – Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform electrical panel assembly, wiring and installation of electrical components as per drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
- Identify and install electrical components such as MCBs, relays, contactors, terminals, switches and other panel components.
- Carry out panel wiring, termination, ferruling, cable dressing and component mounting.
- Perform basic testing and inspection of assembled electrical panels.
- Identify wiring/assembly issues and support troubleshooting and rectification.
- Ensure work is carried out as per quality standards, safety procedures and production requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow workplace safety practices.

Qualification & Skills:

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in electrical panel assembly, wiring or related manufacturing activities.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and assembly drawings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and their functions.




- Good practical knowledge of electrical wiring and assembly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Position 2: PCB Assembly & Testing

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform PCB assembly, soldering and component mounting as per drawings, BOM and work instructions.
- Assemble and work with SMT and through-hole (leaded) electronic components.
- Identify and handle electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, connectors and other components.
- Read and follow PCB layouts, circuit diagrams, BOMs and assembly instructions.
- Perform visual inspection and basic testing of assembled PCBs.
- Identify assembly defects, soldering issues and component-related problems and support troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper workmanship and adherence to defined quality standards.
- Maintain proper records and follow production, safety and housekeeping procedures.

Qualification & Skills:

- Diploma / ITI in Electronics or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in PCB assembly and testing.
- Hands-on experience with SMT and through-hole electronic components.
- Good understanding of basic electronic components and their functions.
- Ability to read and follow electronic schematics, PCB layouts and work instructions.
- Good soldering and component-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
