Design and optimization of components, assemblies and systems .

Accountable for creating 3D Solid Models, 2D Drawings, components assemblies using CAD system Creo Parametric 8.0 and Windchill 11.1.

Expertise in assigning GD&T; for complex casting, welding, piping, sheet metal and machining components according to the understanding of their manufacturing processes.

Exposure to standards on materials and safety for the design.

Creation of manufacturing drawings including sizing of welds as needed.

Creation of BOM / ECN for release of drawings for production.

To be able to verify design using basic principles of strength of materials / engineering mechanics.

Capable of performing basic component calculations prior to FEM / Analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical with 02 to 04 Years' experience

Incumbent must demonstrate the ability to gain a mastery of Complex Engineering and manufacturability concepts.

Must have good Mechanical Aptitude with ability to develop product concepts.

Valuable understanding of product life cycle management, Engineering change management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
