- Process warranty claims in accordance with Tata Motors policies and guidelines.
- Verify warranty documents, job cards, repair details, and supporting records.
- Submit warranty claims within the prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with the service team and Tata Motors warranty department regarding claim approvals.
- Monitor claim status, pending claims, rejections, and reimbursements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain warranty records.
- Follow up on rejected claims and arrange necessary corrections or resubmissions.
- Ensure compliance with warranty procedures and audit requirements.
- Prepare warranty reports and update management on claim performance.
- Support the service department in resolving warranty-related issues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
