Ø Coordinate day today site activities with site coordinators

Ø Update project milestones, start dates, committed completion dates and task status.

Ø Maintain project-wise information on drawings, materials, client approvals and site progress.

Ø Maintain project records for all active projects in company software, Ensure that project information in the software is current and accurate.

Ø Track deadlines for drawings, Related approvals, material procurement, site execution and project handover.

Ø Identify dependencies and highlight tasks that may delay other activities.

Ø Inform the chief Project Coordinator about potential deadline slippages.

Ø Record approved changes to project timelines and update the software accordingly.

Ø Schedule project review meetings and prepare the agenda.

Ø Maintain a pending-action and follow up until actions are completed.

Ø Document client instructions, approved changes, site issues and project decisions.

Ø Interdepartmental coordination

Ø Escalate delays,



missing information and unresolved issues to the Chief Project Coordinator.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Ø Graduate or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field.

Ø 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project documentation, project administration or construction/interior fit-out projects preferred

Ø Freshers with robust IT skills, organizational ability and communication skills may also be considered.

Ø Proficiency in MS office and project management software.

Ø Experience coordinating with design teams, site supervisors, procurement teams and accounts departments.

Ø Strong follow-up, time-management, documentation and multitasking skills.

Ø Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
