Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Import Executive with a background in the chemical industry to manage import operations and coordinate with international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end import documentation and shipment coordination.

* Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents and CHA.

* Manage import orders, purchase orders, shipping documents and delivery schedules.

* Handle Bill of Entry, invoices, packing lists and other import-related documents.

* Coordinate customs clearance and track shipments until delivery.





* Maintain import records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

* Coordinate with internal purchase, accounts and logistics teams.

Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 2–5 years of experience in import operations, preferably in the chemical industry.

* Knowledge of import documentation, customs clearance and international logistics.

* Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
