Nethra Foundation Eye Hospital is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
- Guide patients regarding consultations and hospital services.
- Handle patient queries and provide necessary information.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain qualified communication with patients and their families.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and patient-oriented attitude.
- Malayalam proficiency; English communication skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
