SIGNATUREE PROPERTY is looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Associate to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in customer interaction and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate property-related leads.
Explain available residential and commercial property options to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements, budgets, and preferences.
Schedule property site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily call records, customer databases, and lead status updates.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective buyers.
Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to lead generation and sales conversion.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Confidence in handling customer queries and making outbound calls.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; prior Business Development Associate or real estate experience will be an advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
