Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Metrology
Experience: 1 to 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for dimensional inspection of components.
- Inspect components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Perform measurements and verify dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.;
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain measurement records.
- Handle measuring probes and fixtures carefully.
- Identify dimensional deviations and report quality issues.
- Maintain CMM accuracy and follow calibration requirements.
- Follow quality procedures and 5S practices.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CMM operation and dimensional inspection.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Familiarity with CMM software such as PC-DMIS or CALYPSO.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
