About the Role

RSB Healthcare is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network security, user access management and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, network connectivity and security-related issues.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain VPN, firewalls and secure network access wherever applicable.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, email, licenses and access permissions.
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Manage AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), including users, roles, policies and permissions where applicable.
- Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and related surveillance infrastructure as required.
- Maintain user access controls, system configurations, IT asset records and technical documentation.
- Follow IT security best practices and help protect company systems and confidential data.




- Provide technical support to employees and coordinate with vendors or service providers for issue resolution.

Required Technical Skills

- VPN & Firewall: VPN configuration, firewall management, network security and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 Suite: Microsoft 365 administration, user and license management, Exchange Online and related services.
- SSO (Single Sign-On): SSO configuration, authentication troubleshooting and identity access management.
- AWS IAM: AWS users, roles, policies, permissions and access control management.
- CCTV Systems: CCTV installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant IT experience preferred.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and support evolving IT requirements.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
