The HR Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all human resource activities within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the complete recruitment and selection process, coordinating employee onboarding and induction, maintaining employee records, and ensuring effective workforce management. The HR Manager is also responsible for handling employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. The position requires close coordination with management to identify staffing needs, support workforce planning, and provide guidance on HR-related matters. The HR Manager also coordinates payroll, attendance, leave, employee benefits,



and statutory compliance while ensuring that the organization follows applicable employment laws and regulations. In addition, the HR Manager prepares HR reports and monitors key HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and employee satisfaction. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, while an MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in HR management, solid communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of HR policies and labor laws, and proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
