Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure the timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other required items.

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and order placement.

Coordinate with PPIC, Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Accounts, and other departments to understand material requirements.

Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, machinery, and other operational supplies.

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, credit periods, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.

Monitor purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.





Maintain optimum inventory levels and coordinate with the Warehouse and PPIC teams to prevent shortages and overstocking.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approved specifications, and applicable pharmaceutical industry requirements.

Coordinate with the QA department for vendor qualification, supplier audits, and approval of materials and vendors, wherever applicable.

Review purchase requisitions, quotations, comparative statements, and purchase orders before approval.

Monitor market trends, material price fluctuations, and supplier performance to control procurement costs.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
