KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Operations

- Lead day-to-day operations across the retail store network.

- Ensure consistent execution of retail processes and operating standards.

Sales & Store Performance

- Drive store sales, productivity and overall business performance.

- Monitor store-level performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Experience

- Maintain consistent customer service and in-store experience across locations.

- Ensure products and brand presentation reflect Almond House standards.

Merchandising & Inventory

- Coordinate product availability, merchandising and store-level inventory requirements.

- Work with Production and Supply Chain to ensure timely product availability.

Expansion & Projects

- Support new store launches, relocations, renovations and retail expansion initiatives.

- Coordinate with Operations and Projects teams for smooth execution.

Team & Performance Management

- Lead, guide and develop retail teams across locations.

- Establish performance expectations and review store performance regularly.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience





- 15–20 years of experience in retail operations / retail management.

- Experience in F&B;, food, FMCG, premium retail or multi-location businesses preferred.

Technical / Functional Skills

- Solid knowledge of multi-location retail operations.

- Understanding of sales, footfall, conversion, average bill value and category performance.

- Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management and store processes.

- Strong retail MIS and performance-analysis skills.

Business & Operational Skills

- Strong operational planning and execution skills.

- Ability to improve store productivity, customer experience and operational efficiency.

- Strong problem-solving and commercial understanding.

Leadership & Communication

- Strong team leadership and people-management skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

- Ability to work closely with VP – Operations and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
