We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with large datasets, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various departments. This role requires robust analytical skills, proficiency in data manipulation tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



including product, marketing, and operations, to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments, analyzing results to provide recommendations for optimization.
- Create and maintain documentation for data processes, definitions, and reporting methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of data governance best practices.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels, effectively communicating complex analytical concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in data analysis and business intelligence.
