Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pricing & Customer Service Executive with a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing freight quotations, coordinating with overseas agents and shipping lines, handling customer inquiries, and supporting import and export shipments across air and ocean freight.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Quotation Management

- Prepare and provide competitive freight quotations for air and ocean shipments.
- Obtain and negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and other service providers.
- Handle pricing inquiries for import and export shipments.
- Analyse freight costs, local charges, surcharges, and profit margins.
- Follow up on quotations and coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
- Maintain updated freight rates and pricing records.

Customer Service

- Handle customer inquiries related to freight rates, shipment status, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams, overseas agents, and vendors to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Provide shipment updates and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Freight Forwarding Operations Support

- Coordinate with operations teams for air and ocean import/export shipments.
- Assist with booking confirmations, shipping instructions, pre-alerts, and shipment documentation as required.




- Monitor shipment milestones and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with customers and overseas partners.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding pricing and customer service.
- Solid knowledge of air and ocean freight, including import and export procedures.
- Hands-on experience in freight rate procurement, quotation preparation, and rate negotiation.
- Experience coordinating with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and customers.
- Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding systems is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with direct freight forwarding or logistics experience.
- Candidates with practical exposure to both pricing and customer service.
- Candidates familiar with international shipments and overseas agent coordination.
- Candidates who can manage multiple pricing requests and customer inquiries efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
