Job Title: Snowflake Trainer – Data Engineering & Cloud Data WarehouseJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Snowflake Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students, freshers, working professionals, and corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse, SQL, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data engineering solutions.

The trainer should be able to explain technical concepts through practical demonstrations, real-time project scenarios, hands-on exercises, and industry-oriented assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on Snowflake data warehousing and cloud data platform concepts.
- Explain Snowflake architecture, virtual warehouses, databases, schemas, tables, and stages.
- Train participants on SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, views, stored procedures, and user-defined functions.
- Cover data loading and unloading using internal and external stages, file formats, and the COPY INTO command.
- Demonstrate Snowpipe for continuous data ingestion.
- Explain Streams and Tasks for change data capture and data pipeline automation.
- Train participants on Time Travel, Fail-safe, cloning, and data recovery features.
- Cover role-based access control (RBAC), users, roles, privileges, and security best practices.
- Explain query performance optimization, warehouse sizing, and resource monitoring.
- Provide practical training on Snowflake data transformation and ELT workflows.
- Introduce integration with cloud storage platforms, ETL tools, and data engineering solutions.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and hands-on lab exercises.
- Guide trainees through real-time projects, troubleshooting scenarios, and interview preparation.




- Keep the training curriculum aligned with current Snowflake features and industry practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Practical knowledge of Snowflake architecture, virtual warehouses, and data loading techniques.
- Understanding of Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, and data pipeline development.
- Knowledge of Snowflake security, RBAC, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Python and Snowpark is an advantage.
- Experience integrating Snowflake with cloud storage and external data sources.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Snowflake Developer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Snowflake Trainer.
- Experience working on real-time Snowflake implementation and data migration projects.
- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform integrations.
- Familiarity with tools such as dbt, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, or other ETL platforms.
- Snowflake-related certifications are an advantage.
- Experience delivering online training, classroom sessions, or corporate training.
- Ability to guide participants through end-to-end data engineering projects.
