- Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CA/CPA qualification is highly preferred.
- High standards of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Required Skills

- Language Proficiency: English, French, and German.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented approach with strong financial domain expertise.
- Good understanding of Oracle is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze current and historical trends in key financial performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditure.
- Monitor financial performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze the reasons for unexpected variances.
- Oversee and continuously improve budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and financial modelling tools.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.




- Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.
- Implement and utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to develop dashboards and performance reports.
- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Analyze ROI for marketing programs, menu pricing, recent rollouts, and business projects.
- Develop financial models and conduct analyses to support strategic business initiatives.
- Analyze complex financial data and provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial recommendations to management.
- Support senior management and department heads with detailed financial analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
