Job Summary for MNTR Operator:We are looking for a skilled and responsible Milling Machine Operator to operate milling machines and perform machining operations as per engineering drawings and production specifications. The candidate should have knowledge of machine setup, measuring instruments, and dimensional inspection to ensure the quality and accuracy of manufactured components.

Key Responsibilities for MNTR Operator:
● Operate milling machines to perform milling, cutting, slotting, drilling, and other related machining operations.
● Set up workpieces, cutting tools, and fixtures according to job requirements.
● Read and interpret engineering drawings and component dimensions.
● Measure and inspect machined components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
● Ensure components meet specified dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.




● Monitor machine performance and report any machine issues or quality deviations to the supervisor.
● Maintain machine cleanliness and follow routine maintenance procedures.
● Follow production schedules, workplace safety procedures, and quality requirements.

Qualification for MNTR Operator:
● ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification

preferredExperience for MNTR Operator:
● Previous experience operating milling machines is preferred.
● Candidates with relevant technical knowledge and practical training may also be considered. Required Skills for MNTR Operator:
● Knowledge of milling machine operations and setup.
● Ability to read engineering drawings.
● Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional inspection.
● Understanding of machining processes and tolerances.
● Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
● Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
