We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor – For Night Shift to manage and coordinate the complete night-time fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely alignment and deployment of all vehicles as per scheduled routes and requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers and the tracking the vehicles to ensure all vehicles report and start trips on time.
- Monitor GPS, vehicle movement, route deviations, delays, stoppages and breakdowns.
- Handle driver allocation, replacements, absenteeism and emergency operational requirements.
- Coordinate with DC/client teams, maintenance teams and vendors for smooth vehicle operations.
- Ensure quick resolution of breakdowns, route issues and other night-time operational problems.
- Monitor vehicle reporting and turnaround time and minimize unnecessary delays.
- Maintain proper shift handover and daily operational reporting to management.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted fleet operations throughout the night.
